Creperie Du Village

Made possible by

Reminiscent of a little bohemian bistro in the French Alps, Creperie du Village is an excellent option for date night, a casual meal at the bar, small groups and late-night noshing. Located downstairs from street level, dine inside amid rustic country farmhouse ambience or nestle into the cozy, heated patio.

Located on the corner of Mill Street and Hopkins Avenue, the subterranean Creperie du Village provides the charming atmosphere of an authentic bohemian bistro. Offering crepes, classic country French dishes, charcuterie boards and delectable deserts, the Creperie satiates your hankering for a variety of French foods. In the summer months the charmingly decorated outdoor patio provides the perfect setting for enjoying some fresh air.

The Creperie's selection of sweet or savory crepes are available any time of day and in a nod to modern dietary trends, may also be ordered gluten-free. Savory palates will enjoy the Classic crepe with Swiss cheese, smoked ham and an over-easy fried egg. Advenurous diner should try the Magic Mushroom, which features roasted seasonal mushrooms, spinach, herbs du Provence and brandy cream sauce. Sweet crepes run the gamut from fruity to chocolate-y, served with whipped cream, ice cream or flambĂ©.

Classic country French include the much-heralded French onion soup awash in molten gruyere cheese, garlic buttery tender small escargot served over brioche bread, sauternes marinated house-made fresh foie gras and the artisan cheese board. Those craving Alpine haute flavors will enjoy the mouth-watering charcuterie board with house made pates and cured meats, traditional fondue and raclette, which features cook-it-yourself raclette cheese, cured meat, roasted potatoes and onions.

A short, but good wine list and house-made libations menu round out the dining experience.
