Searight, as it's known to the locals, in South Austin, is an average difficulty course that is heavily wooded with cedar and that requires very accurate driving, even though the fairways are mostly short.

What Makes It Great

The course is moderately hilly, with a wide variety of terrain, and has DISCatcher holes, and concrete tee boxes. Searight Park itself is 344 acres and has facilities for many other outdoor activities, including great trails for running and walking.

Who is Going to Love It

Locals love to play disc golf at Searight, and it can be very crowded on the weekends, so be sure to go during the week or show up early, if you want to avoid the crowd. This course is definitely worth a visit!
