All meals are made to order right in front of your very eyes and are reasonably priced for the size of the portions. Expect a busy restaurant, as Anna's has made quite a reputation for itself over the past 20 years, but don't fret- there is usually plenty of seating and orders are made muy rapido!
With six locations- two in Brookline, two in Cambridge, one in Somerville, and one in Boston- there's sure to be an Anna's within reasonable distance of wherever you find yourself in the city.
What Makes it Great
Burritos are generally the go-to choice for the newcomer, as they are the most popular item on the menu and there are a variety of meats and veggies to load into them. Anna's also serves great, unique carbonated beverages, imported from our neighbors to the south, called, "Juarritos" and they should not be missed as an addition to your order.
In addition to the food, the location of each Anna’s Taqueria is pretty much smack-dab in the most happening spot in whatever part of town you are in. Use this to your advantage- take your Mexican street food to the streets and enjoy the local scene.
Who is Going to Love It<
Anna’s is a great place to go if you want something quick to go or plan on sitting down for a just few minutes. There are no wait staff other than those behind the counter and there are no alcoholic beverages available to purchase.
Folks new to this style of food and Mexican-dish aficionados alike will be sure enjoy Anna’s authentic style and taste.
Directions, Parking & Fees
Depending on which location you visit, you could find yourself pretty much anywhere in or around the city of Boston and because of that, directions can get a bit tricky. The best way to find an Anna’s near you would be to visit their website http://www.annastaqueria.com/locations.html and follow the directions per your restaurant of choice.
As for parking, each location will be different, but its safe to say that there will either be metered parking spaces or garages close by to any destination that you choose. As always, be aware of “Resident Only” and “No Parking” spaces, which are far too common around the city. You could find yourself with a hefty fine or worse- a tow truck pulling away with your ride.
