Review

Upslope is a relative newcomer in the microbrewery market, starting in 2008, but what they lack in longevity they make up in quality. Upslope has five year round beers, anchored by the India Pale Ale. Seasonal brews include the well balanced Pumpkin Ale and the anticipated Christmas Ale, a unique blend of spice and malt.

And being Colorado guys, Upslope is dedicated to environmentally responsible production. That is why all their beer not on tap comes in aluminum cans -- easy to recycle, less costly than glass and easier to transport. They have two tap rooms, one in north Boulder and one in east Boulder. Please consult the Upslope website for more information on tours and tastings.
