The Blind Tiger is the oldest pub in town, and there's a reason for that: it’s the best pub in town. Once inside you can see the history on the walls. Walk through the dining area and you’ll find yourself on the patio, an historic remnant of 18th century Charleston with 200+ year old brick walls and foundations. The Blind Tiger has excellent food as well. Their fried green tomatoes with field greens and goat cheese is a RootsRated favorite. Go to the Blind Tiger for the food, and stay for the atmosphere and loads of craft beer options. If you’re anything like us, you’ll find you've accidentally spent the whole day having a blast at the Tiger.
