Arguably the most notorious single track on coastal South Carolina, The Hulk never leaves riders disappointed. For being miles away from anything resembling a mountain, this trail will make you question whether you are still in Myrtle beach, or whether you've been transplanted to the Rockies. Expect switchbacks, climbs, jumps, and drops throughout your 7 mile ride, as well as a lot of water if it has rained in the past week or so. Although it is very well maintained, this trail can be extremely unstable. It attracts the attention of riders statewide and has yet to get a bad reputation. This is a fast paced trail catered to aggressive riders, hence the switchbacks and numerous sharp, steep turns. Do not expect a nice stroll through the woods, you may be dozed over by a herd of bicycles; come here for a workout and an exciting time with other riders. This is the only trail of its kind in the immediate area and vacationers tend to frequent the Hulk. Overall, this is a moderately tough trail that is loads of fun for the thrill seekers out there.
