Within walking distance to most of the downtown motels, Pat O’Hara Brewing Company provides patrons with a laid back atmosphere along with Irish pub fare. The Bangers and Mash are a popular choice and the Corned Beef is great. They have daily specials in addition to the full menu. Stop by and check out their specials and the possibility of entertainment or a special event.
This is a family friendly environment as long as the door to the quonset hut is open and kids can sit outside. Otherwise it’s strictly for the 21 and over crowd.
Pat’s has a cozy feel but can seat a good number of people both at high tables and at the bar. They feature their own brews and go out of their way to bring in fine crafted beers from other Wyoming breweries. If you’re after a mixed drink, you can walk across the street to Libations, order and bring it back to your table at Pat O’Haras. They’re pretty accommodating that way.
Due to its location, Pat’s can be busy with the summer crowds. Get there before 6:30 so you don’t starve during your long wait for a table. If you chose to eat outside, remember Cody’s summer evenings get cool. Bring a sweater so you can enjoy the ambience and fun even longer. You’ll find a great mix of locals and tourists at Pat O’Hara’s. Join the fun.
