Review

The Atomic Cowboy is a neighborhood hangout that attracts Denverites of all varieties, and delivers a very special pub experience full of delicious, generously portioned food, refreshing spirited beverages, and general revelry.
This destination is the perfect place to visit anytime. In the mornings, they serve the best Bloody Mary in Denver along with breakfast foods from the highly renowned Denver Biscuit Company. In the early afternoon, there's a really wonderful three hour period when, not only is the Biscuit Company providing food, but so to is Fat Sully's Pizza. So you can pair a HUGE slice of New York style pizza with a side of eggs or even a cinnamon roll.
Moving on... in the late afternoon, from 3-6 pm, Atomic Cowboy offers an excellent happy hour with all draught beers, well drinks, and house wines priced at a very reasonable $3 each, and finally, in the evenings and into the night, this place becomes a very fun animated atmosphere. There are pool tables and great juke box tunes, and the crowd is generally a pretty fun group of people. Great service as well.
All in all, the Atomic Cowboy really is one of the best places in Denver to visit after an outdoor adventure. Whether calorically refueling with truly massive-sized New York style pizza or furthering your runner's high buzz with a cold beer or mixed well drink, this cozy neighborhood bar is sure to deliver.
