One of Flagstaff's primary microbreweries and restaurants sits just south of the tracks. It's American food with a touch of class – think burger patties with garlic and sundried tomatoes mixed in, salmon BLTs and fancy personal pizzas. The Lumberyard Red (formerly the Railhouse Red) is justifiably their most famous brew, but they carry an impressive list of beer (naturally) as well as off-the-wall cocktails with sour-watermelon-garnished rims or shaved chocolate garnish. Finish off the meal with a fancy coffee confection and a bread pudding.
The food is a little pricy, and there may be better burgers at a burger shop or better pizza at a pizzeria, but Beaver street is guaranteed to have something to please every palate, and is great for groups.
