Located at 26 Ridge Street in Glens Falls, Bistro Talulah brings patrons an astounding selection of food straight out of Spanish, French and New Orleans traditions. Start off your dinner with a drink order. Talulah’s has a massive collection of craft beer on tap and in bottles (pay attention, some beers are served as 22oz Bombers). If you can’t make up your mind on beer, opt for the half-pint trio. Wine and signature cocktails are also available. Next it’s time for specials. Each night Talulah’s has a fresh selection, ranging from perfectly prepared t-bone stakes to signature burgers, gourmet mac and cheese, fish, salads and much more. Don’t be afraid to ask your server questions, they all know the menu backwards and forwards and they are fully aware this is the most important decision you’ll be making today.
Thinking about appetizers? Go crazy with some pork egg or the house salads with pecans and blue cheese. You can keep it simple with a serving of house made frites and roasted garlic aioli to share. The entrees will leave you full and satisfied. Great southern options like fried chicken with collard greens, cheesy grits with buttermilk gravy will have your pals rolling you out of the restaurant. Beautifully prepared hanger steaks are always tender and served with frites. Starving? Order the duck two ways: A pan roasted breast paired with a leg of duck confit. Most entrees are available in full and half portions if you aren’t too hungry, or if you prefer to try more than one item off the menu. Finish up with one of Talulah’s rich desserts and you’ll be set for the night Bistro Talulah is an incredible dining experience.
