  1. If you want to escape the norm on Hilton Head Island, go to Ruby Lee’s. This joint was opened in 2012 by Tim Singleton and his mother, locals with a love for serving up fine southern food, and together they have curated the islands best blues and jazz club that just so happens to dish out some serious soul food.
