Before or after a day racing up or down mountains or paddling through whitewater, indulge in some of the fine cuisine you can find in this small mountain town. Located near the Town Square, Persephone Bakery is a great way to start your day, with exquisite pastries and breakfast and lunch dishes. The Morning Glory muffin, topped with seeds and full of shredded coconut, apricot, and flax, will keep you going all day. If you're heading to Grand Teton National Park, stop by Dornan's, which is located in Moose, right next to the main park entrance, for pizza, artichoke dip, or buffalo bolognese. The bar and restaurant has the best view of any restaurant in the valley, via huge, Teton-facing windows, with the Cathedral Group front and center. In town, stop by Nikai for incredible sushi—yes, in Jackson, Wyoming. Ski Magazine even featured Nikai in their “Best of Ski Town Sushi” roundup. Be sure to try the Bonsai and Dagwood rolls.
