The Lakeland Trail contains 3.5 miles of wooded trails that allows different difficulty levels for runners, hikers, and bikers. The change in elevation is one thing you will experience – you don’t find this terrain often in Memphis.
On the outer city limits of Memphis you can find the Lakeland Trails. These trails are along the wooded area of International Harvester Managerial Park. The yellow, red, and blue trails carry a tactical 3.5 miles of single-track trails with great elevation and lots of fun step-ups. Each trail is marked for different difficulty levels for all experiences.

Each trail is divided into three trails of varying difficulty. The sections are posted with a proper sign. It’s tough to get lost being that all trails are connected with ease to find your route.
Paved Trail and Fishing Lake
At the main parking lot, you will spot a 5-acre lake that is fishing friendly to everyone (rules are posted on signs throughout the park). If you want stay on a paved route, it is bordering the lake and will be hard to miss.
