Located on the south end of town, Paradox Pizza specialized in East Coast Style Thin crusts with a variety of toppings, salads, appetizers and desserts. The pizza crust, tomato sauce, salad dressing and desserts are homemade. The cheesecake is the real thing, the owner's great grandmother's recipe.

Paradox Pizza has been open since 2009. They specialize in East Coast style thin crust pizza. Their crusts and tomato sauce are homemade.They also serve delicious gluten-free pizzas.

Susan, the owner, was trained at the Culinary Institute of America. Her baking business, Oh Susanna’s, opened in 2003 specialized in Artisan and European style bread that sold at the Farmer’s Market and MoonFlower Market.

The taste is in the care put into the selection of pizza’s including: Carnivore- Pepperoni, handmade sausage and meatballs, Supremo, one of her most popular pizzas- pepperoni, handmade, sausage, onions, green peppers and portobello mushrooms. The list goes on: the Greek, Caprese and the extra-vegan-za- in-house made pesto and an assortment of seasonal roasted vegetables.

The salad menu is topped with homemade dressings and their appetizer menu is punctuated by socca, two chickpea crepes spread with basil pesto and feta cheese. It is gluten-free and can be made vegan.

Save room for dessert! The cheesecake is Susan’s great grandmother’s recipe, the real deal; you will regret not trying it.

Conscious about the environment, Paradox Pizza uses corn-based biodegradable plastic products, recycles and composts. Their flour is local as is their beef that is ground in house. They deliver north to the river and south to Rim Village. For local deliveries, they use a bicycle.
