According to their menu The Peace Tree Juice Café on Main Street gets its name from the ancient legend within the Native American Indian Iroquois Nation, initially made up of five nations/tribes. In what was known as The Great Binding Law of the Constitution, recorded in 1142 A.D. the nations agreed to put their weapons under the a tree burying greed, hatred and jealousy vowing to live in peace. This tree became known as the Tree of Peace and the tribes lived in together as one of the most advanced civilizations of all time.The Peach Tree Juice Café celebrates and promotes this goodwill and harmony.
The goal of the Peace Tree Juice Café is to provide healthy, organic and farm–to-table foods as well as some of the best juice drinks in Moab. Their fare is as tasty as it is healthy and the menu changes with the seasons to ensure the freshest ingredients.
Their juice menu is extensive and they serve breakfast from 7 am to 11:30am.
