Pinewood Social sounds a little weird at first. Housed in the historic Trolley Barns overlooking the Cumberland River, Pinewood sounds like it is trying to be all things to all people. It is open for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and late night and has a retro/restored bowling alley, free WiFi, private karaoke rooms, a copper-topped bar, and even an outdoor swimming pool.
But the surfeit of stuff doesn’t mean the menu isn’t solid. Dishes like pot roast and fried chicken are designed to be shared with a group of friends after a hike or swim. There’s both an impressive coffee program and an indulgent cocktail menu. So, no matter what kind of experience you're seeking, you're sure to find it at Pinewood Social.
Directions and Parking
There's ample parking in one of the lots surrounding the Trolley Barns, just pay attention to which ones have designated spots for folks who work in the area. Pinewood also offers valet parking.
Pinewood is one of Nashville's most popular destinations, so reservations are a wise idea.
